Mentor Opportunities for Middle and High School riders

All Middle School and High School riders have the opportunity to become Junior Mentors for the Spring season. Our formalized Junior Mentor program involves training courses from our experienced coaches to teach them how to sweep rides. If your child is interested in mentoring Elementary school-aged riders, please reach out to our Coach Coordinator, Sheray Tario (michelsheray@gmail.com).

Be Prepared

For your child's optimal experience and enjoyment, it's essential that brakes and gearing on their bike are fully functional. Ensuring that their bike is in good condition will set them up for success. You can reach out to Grey Ghost Bicycles or Trek Saratoga for help addressing any mechanical needs your child's bike may have. Let them know your child is a Shredder!

Additionally, each rider should come equipped with a helmet, water, and a snack for each day of riding. For more detailed information on how to prepare for spring riding, click HERE

Given the nature of mountain biking, restrooms may be distant from the trail. We kindly request that you have your rider(s) use the restroom before riding with us to prevent any potential bathroom-related concerns.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding Spring season registration, please reach out to the Program Coordinator, Mary Marcinko at marcinko377@gmail.com. Thank you! As always, financial assistance is available!

Lastly, Saratoga Shredders is proud to be an official 5013c organization! Please visit our Donate page to contribute to our programs.
